Consignment

See how consignment works at Triangle Trading Post and what kinds of standout pieces fit the store.

Our consignment program is for standout pieces that deserve real floor traffic, better presentation, and shoppers who are already in the mindset to browse slowly instead of scroll past.

Antique chair and furniture pieces on the consignment floor at Triangle Trading Post

Consignment at the Post

Bring the right piece and let the store do the selling

We look for clean, display-ready antiques, furniture, art, decor, and conversation pieces that fit the shop, photograph well, and feel strong enough to earn real floor space.

How consignment works

Step 1

Start with a strong fit

Bring items that are clean, display-ready, and aligned with the look and quality level of the store.

Step 2

We put it in front of real shoppers

Your piece gets floor traffic inside a space built for browsing, not buried inside a feed of random online listings.

Step 3

You get paid when it sells

The current split is 50/50, and payouts follow the normal store payout schedule.

What fits best

  • Vintage and antique furniture
  • Decor, mirrors, lamps, art, and statement pieces
  • Collectibles and unusual items with clear shopper appeal
  • Quality inventory in strong condition that matches the store atmosphere

We do not accept clothing, food, or tobacco products.

Best first step: if you are unsure whether something fits, call or text first with a quick description and a few photos. That is the easiest way to avoid loading and unloading something that is not right for the floor.

Good next move

Ask before you haul, then bring the strongest pieces

If you think you have something that fits the store, reach out before making a trip. We would rather give you a fast answer than waste your time.
