These are the rules and policies for vendors at Triangle Trading Post. They match the terms in the booth contract. Read the quick version, then refer to the full details below.
Short version: keep your booth clean and stocked, tag every item with a barcode and price, pay rent on time, do not bring prohibited items, and give 30 days notice if you are leaving.
Money
Rent, commission, and payouts
Rent is due on the 1st. Commission is a percentage of sales (set per vendor). Credit card processing fees are paid by the customer, not the vendor. Payouts go out monthly.
Space
Keep your booth clean and safe
Stock it, keep it tidy, keep aisles clear. No booth changes without approval. Permanent improvements become store property.
Inventory
Tag everything, skip the prohibited list
Every item needs a barcode price tag. No firearms, food, counterfeits, combustibles, or unsafe items. Licensed merchandise needs proof of authorization.
